I have been a top athlete myself for 20 years. Of course, over the years, I have learned a lot and collected many ideas on how to design a proper training.
From classic training to high-intensity interval training, it all was included in my own training. What is the right one? In my opinion, there is no right answer. Everyone is individual and therefore needs a customized training. For that I want to take care.
